All prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice. We try our best to ensure all prices displayed are correct, but obviously sometimes an error will occur. If an error occurs, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will then be able to either agree to the order at the correct price or cancel your order entirely, for a full refund.
We use Royal Mail for most U.K deliveries, who will leave a card in your letter box if you are not at home to receive your parcel. The amount of days quoted for delivery is an estimate and can vary depending on a few factors: if Terry is away on tour then orders can be delayed and you will receive an email with an explanation. In these circumstances, you will often receive a small free gift or autograph as a form of apology for your delay. In rare instances where your order takes over a week to arrive, you may receive a refund for your postage costs as a goodwill gesture. All U.K orders over £30.00 have free delivery.
Although 99.9% of international orders arrive without any problems, there are cases where customers are left waiting for extended periods to receive their goods. This can be caused by a customs check at the border, where the items will be inspected to ensure the contents are safe and legal. You may also receive a custom charge, we do our best to avoid customs charges where possible, but if a custom charge is applied then the customer is liable to pay it. If you are having any problems with customs or are waiting longer than expected for your order, then feel free to contact us directly. Prices vary depending on your region & international orders are not eligible for free delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days to return an item, starting from the day after your item is delivered. The item must be in perfect working order "like new" and in a condition for us to sell (incl. packaging). If an item is returned showing signs of wear, then it will be posted back to you with no refund or exchange given. The customer is responsible for postage costs if returning an item for refund or exchange. T-shirts and hoodies are made-to-order, to save us carrying lots of stock (this is a small operation here!) for this reason, you will not be able to return them for refund or exchange and it is the customers duty to ensure they order the correct size garment.
Our products are made to last, its as simple as that. If you have purchased a product that has not stood up to the test, then you may receive a free replacement, this is done on a case-by-case basis. Misuse and general wear and tear are not covered under the guarantee and it is up to us to determine whether or not your item is liable to be replaced or repaired. Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer, but you will often be asked to provide a photo beforehand to ensure your guarantee is warranted.

Your entire session on this website is https secured, for your security.
